Buckhorn High School Wrestling ("Buckhorn Wrestling," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website buckhornwrestling.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information of visitors to our Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Buckhorn Wrestling is a high school athletic program. We recognize that some visitors to our Site may be under the age of 13, and many of our student-athletes are minors (under 18).

Our contact forms and chat features are intended for use by parents, guardians, and individuals aged 13 and older.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. 5.3 Student-Athlete Information
Information about student-athletes displayed on our Site (such as names, grade levels, and weight classes on the roster page) is published with appropriate consent in accordance with school district policies. - Contact Form and Chat Submissions: Retained for the duration of the current school year plus one additional year, after which they are deleted unless needed for ongoing communication.
- Roster Information: Updated each season. Former student-athlete information is removed at the end of each academic year unless the individual requests continued display.
- Local Storage Data: Stored on your device until you clear your browser data. We do not have access to this information.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
9. Data Transfers
Our Site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
